      Hey Baz, hope you are doing well mate
      Another tip for the use of social media: don’t bombard followers with “buy this, buy that” post infographs and quotations every now and then on a ratio of 3:1 otherwise your followers will get fed up of you trying to sell them stuff.

      Also never post when drinking!
